Spacious Heart, Spacious Mind
The mantra we explore in this meditation has been one of the most powerful and healing mantras that I have received through my own spiritual journey. I remember this mantra coming to me during a walk out in nature when I was struggling with a change in a situation in my life. Too stuck in attachment, too stuck to a timeline, trying to keep holding onto what control I thought I had. I hope that the power of these words help you to unlock your heart-mind and encourage you to trust that you are divinely supported.
Releasing Cords & Attachments for Aligned Expression
Throughout our day to day life, and often without even realizing it, we create energetic cords and attachments to people, places, situations, and so much more. These connections we make influence the flow of our energy by threatening our boundaries, creating harmful loops in the mind, or keeping us stuck in frequencies or habits that no longer serve us. In this meditation we’ll sink into total embodiment and become aware of those cords and attachments that are ready to be released. Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit and let’s begin.
