This class series was created to share what I learned from my own journey of working with my elements and Mother Earth. After years of working through my own imbalances from stress, anxiety, and just daily life I began to learn about the four elements and how they show themselves within my being. Through the examples Mother Earth provides in the natural world we are able to see and reflect on our function and place within it.
