It seems that many of us are coming out of a time of observance - not allowing our emotions to take over us but examining what our key to life may be and how that is represented as above - in the divine, and below - within our physical bodies and world.

With this realization and time of observance we’re currently evaluating how our future choices may create particular outcomes. We may not be taking action at this time but we’re balancing the scales - looking for options that will bring harmonization and the right encoding for our future goals.
.
Whatever our choices are moving forward, inspired but not overtaken by our emotions and led by our intuition, we will be protected. We will acknowledge and trust our inner gut instincts and use those to lead us forward as we continue on our paths.
.
Choices are all around us, we have so many opportunities and the comfort in knowing that none of them will be the wrong choice. That gives us the freedom to try, the freedom to experience, the freedom to explore without worry or judgment.
.
So take this current energy during the Lion’s Gate Portal, a time of close divine connection, downloads, and transformation and let that clear your vision, enlighten your mind, and help you to truly understand that your way forward will unfold perfectly and harmoniously if you make a conscious effort to stay aligned and empowered in your divinity and humanity.

Happy New Year! I wanted to send a message of love

Happy New Year! I wanted to send a message of love to you in 2023 but also to encourage you to know whatever you feel called to do is perfectly okay.

It may be hard to see online, and with those around you, so many people sharing how they're beginning to set goals, push themselves, and be active and successful. Please don't let yourself feel pressured. That type of energy may not have reached you yet and that's okay! We all cycle through the year in different ways.

Remember, as the new year comes and we all walk on our paths we are still in winter, a beautiful symbol and season of stillness, slowness, and quiet.

It's not a competition. You don't have to rush. Give yourself the compassion and gentleness to move at your own pace. And if you need to maybe spend less time online to give yourself the breathing room to realize what's best for you and only you.

I'm in a hermit phase right now doing just that but even though I may be quiet online I'm still offering reiki sessions and looking to continue to help people heal and grow one on one. It's one of my favorite ways of connecting with others.

Everything has balance, a state to reach for divine flow. There can be such a thing as acting with too much fire, too much passion, or pushing too hard. We do not want to take reckless actions forward to grab life by the horns.

It is crucial to remember that yes it is important to lead from the heart - but a balanced heart, a grounded heart. A heart that listens to the body, mind, and spirit to gain momentum in action.
.
When moving forward with all of these aspects in harmony and peace our plans, desires, and dreams flow to us with ease. Always check in with yourself. Ask yourself - am I pushing too hard? Am I being impulsive? Am I being impatient? How can I move forward with the right amount of action, passion, and surrender to the process?

This week we move into the holiday season in the U.S. and for some that means a time of joy and excitement but for others that may not be the case. Often we can begin to wrestle with the feelings of family obligations and expectations we feel are put on us unwillingly. Or perhaps it is a time of grief as we mourn the lives of loved ones who may not be with us. Whatever experience may be yours, make your peace a priority.

Your energy and happiness is what's most important because forcing yourself into uncomfortable situations will never be pleasant for you or those around you.
.
This week really ask yourself what feels best for you. Maybe it means not going to certain gatherings. Or maybe it means you do but with your own clear boundaries set. Never forget that the energy you cultivate creates ripples in the world around you. Cultivate what feels best and most positive to you.
